GPU Upgrade Question: Is Using DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller) Necessary?

Hello everyone, I presently have a 2060, but I want to upgrade to a 3070ti. Should I use DDU to uninstall the old card before installing the new one, or should I just install the card and then download the 3070ti's drivers first?
