Current timer resolution bug

Well, on Windows 11 using ISLC 1.0.2.6, everytime I minimize the tool, Current timer resolution is 1ms. If I open the window again (is in tray or minimized, doesnt matter) it shows 1ms, after having it open for 2 to 3 seconds, goes down to 0,5 ms, but if i click on any other maximized window like Microsoft Edge or else, it goes to 1ms. Tabbing back to ISLC confirms me it goes up to 1ms instead 0,5ms. Anything I can do to fix this? https://i.imgur.com/k2yw3Wm.png
