Installation still fails after DDU , help please

0/ Disconnected network
1/ Enter safe mode
2/ Run DDU
3/ reboot into normal system
4/ Try install Nvidia driver or GFE
5/ installation failed

A> Tried above steps many times , failed
B> Different versions of Nvidia Driver , failed
C> Installing Driver in safe mode , failed
D> Tried the results found by google , failed

SYSTEM INFO:

GPU：MSI GTX 1060
MB：MSI Z370 KG
Operating System：Win10 Pro x64 1809 ( 17763.316 )

I can't find more ways to solve this problem, please help me.
